The suppliers are requested to give lowest rates for the above items through post or by hand in sealed envelope in the name of the Chairperson, Department of Public Administration, Arts Block-III, Panjab University, Chandigarh by 16/02/2016 and also mention the following terms & conditions in the quotation:-
