Tenders/quotations are invited for the purchase of Air Conditioner under two bid system i.e. technical as well as financial bids.

(A) TECHNICAL BID: The technical bid should consist of the following technical details along with commercial terms and conditions: -

(A) FINANCIAL BID: The financial bid should indicate the price of item mentioned in the technical bid and also mention Mode of Payment, GST, Validity of Tender/Quotation, Delivery Period, Delivery Charges and Warranty details etc. The delivery should be F.O.R.

The technical bid and the financial bid should be sealed in separate covers duly mentioning ‘Technical Bid’ and ‘Financial Bid’ on the covers and both these sealed covers are to be put in a bigger cover which should also be sealed and duly superscribed ‘TENDER/QUOTATION FOR AIR CONDITIONERS’. The bids should be addressed to the Chairperson, Department of Public Administration, Panjab University, Chandigarh.

The bidder are requested to quote their lowest rates for the above item through post or by hand upto 03/08/2018 positively.
